Comark has built millions of square feet of office space ranging from simple 1,000 square foot administrative buildings for the FDA to multistory military command posts designed to office over a thousand employees.
Barracks / Housing
Barracks and non-military housing is a core feature of Comark’s modular construction capabilities. We’ve completed over a million square feet of modular living space for a range of Government and Military agencies. Space ranges from simple living/office facilities for the US Coast Guard to the Department of Army’s One-plus-One Barracks design engineered to be comparable to site built construction. Training / Education
Comark has extensive experience developing modular building solutions for Government agencies, as well as a long history of traditional accelerated construction for a wide range of space needs. For our Government customers, our projects range from simple classroom venues to complex training facilities.

SCIF
Over the past several years, Comark has completed a number of large Secure Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIF) within larger office buildings for use by Government agencies and Government Contractors and a large scale two-story SCIF office building. Comark has been involved in successfully constructing STC rated walls since the mid 90’s. Since 2000, the company has produced tens of thousands of square feet of certified SCIF space in buildings ranging from professional office buildings to temporary detention centers.
