Traditional design and construction solutions are not able to meet these requirements for fast turnaround and cost effectiveness. Comark currently dominates the modular industry in its ability to create quality large scale permanent buildings quickly and cost effectively. PACS® – Permanent Accelerated Construction Solutions – is an accelerated construction method that combines in-house design and construction services with modern engineered component tools and techniques in a controlled industrial environment to reduce the total time and cost of construction, meeting or exceeding code, security, and sustainability requirements.

• Construction delivery is typically at least one-third sooner.
• Our buildings are adaptable to virtually any site.
• We use the same or better materials and build to more demanding tolerances.
• Efficient technologies (water, waste-water,energy) are all available and used in our buildings.
• Plant construction and pre-assembly allows pre-commissioning of systems early in the construction process.
• Materials and components are Energy-Star, Green Seal, FSC-certified and from other appropriate sources.
• Our buildings are almost completely reusable and designed for that purpose, if desired.
• Our construction crews are employees who work in teams under proven leadership.  Unlike traditional builders, we do not ramp up or down with local staff to build our buildings since these are constructed by dedicated teams in our plants.
