Comark has three manufacturing facilities that provide modular building production capabilities nationwide. As a direct-manufacturer of custom prefabricated buildings, Comark has an advantage as a one-stop-shop for the customer. With project managers well-versed in all details of the construction process, Comark is able to assure greater control over production to ensure that schedules are met and expenses controlled.
Comark’s manufacturing facilities are capable of producing over 15,000 square feet of quality facility space per day from its three factories located in: Riverside, California; DeSoto, Texas; and Pembroke, North Carolina. These factories employ nearly 400 skilled tradesmen, engineers, project managers, supervisors and business development specialists.
