Quality Product

Three highly efficient manufacturing facilities staffed by skilled tradesmen allow Comark to produce over 15,000 square feet of modular building each day.  To assure production quality in the manufacturing environment:

• Comark utilizes strict quality control systems and procedures
• Systems are tested by third-party engineers every week
• State certification process are updated every week

As a national manufacturer, Comark ultimately controls all aspects off-site of the prefabricated building.  With experienced personnel, quality materials, adherence to systems and procedures, and strict supervision, Comark buildings are of exceptional quality. 

Safety

Comark has one of the best safety records in the industry.  Recently reporting no “lost-time” incidents” for five quarters in a row, Comark reviews it’s internal OSHA logs for safety reports from all three factories. Comark is a safety responsive partner and during 2009 logged over one million hours of work with no work loss due to injury, an impressive accomplishment.
