The Comark LPM Approach
Comark’s Large Project Management Approach consists of tested and validated accelerated design & construction management techniques and tools built around a structured methodology that is then applied to the specifics of each project. It recognizes that all building projects are unique, but that for every large project to be run smoothly – and more importantly, for the customer to be satisfied – certain requirements must be met. Furthermore, it leverages the company’s past experience to ensure that no time is wasted having to “learn the project” at our customer’s expense.

Comark’s Large Project Management Approach utilizes unique roles such as the Project Expediter and Design Coordinators to ensure smooth work flow and maximize the speed and value that comes from large scale modular and accelerated construction. We employ our own unique scheduling methodology to maximize the timing and cross functional planning on all our work with quality control at every stage in the process.
