Comark has recently been approved for Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Louisiana
vendor list. The TIPS and TAPS purchasing cooperatives have joined together
government entities, in multiple states, to increase their buying power in
acquiring products and services; lowering administrative procurement costs;

DSA
- District of State Architect (California)
Comark/MSI have an agreement with DSA that is recognized by the state of California
for all schools, cities and other municipal agencies to utilize in purchasing
modular buildings without going out to bid. A catalog of portable classroom
drawings is on file with the DSA. These drawings can be modified or customized
by the customer in the design of their buildings while utilizing the portable
classroom plans as a basis of their building designs to help with DSA approvals.

Facility Partners is a cooperative that brings legally and competitively
bid facility contracts to schools, education-related organizations
and other governmental entities across Texas. Comark is selected
vendor within the contract choices of client members for portable
and modular education building options. CFP audits contract use
and performance of its vendors to ensure quality and customer service.
Organizations and institutions can take advantage of these contracts
for facilities services by signing an interlocal agreement and becoming
