Modular Construction can cut overall project schedules by up to 50%. These are
some of the factors that make this possible:
- The majority of the building process is completed in our factory, then transported to the job site in sections. 90% of the work can be completed in the factory.
- By building in the Comark factories there are no weather related disruptions which reduce the time-line far beyond what traditional construction is capable of.
- At the same time, on-site elements such as utility and foundation work are being completed on-site.
- Site preparation and building construction are all happening at the same time.
